PROTOCOL
Once we have been contacted by a potential client having claims of paranormal activity, a client interview is scheduled. The interviewer will have forms for the client to fill out and you will be warned of the in depth and personal nature of the questioning that these forms will have. Please understand, these forms are vital to our research and investigation. Any and all personal information is confidential and is never released without the written consent of the client. We also require a client to sign a document stating we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to their personal property in, on or around the said dwelling during the investigation. We do however take responsibility of damage we cause to our own personal equipment if it occurs.
The first step in any investigation is to connect with the people affected by the activity. Through the initial interview process, an interviewer will get in great detail all information regarding the claims of paranormal activity, what is happening with the client and details of the dwelling. This is also a time for the client to ask questions or express concerns, as well as confirm what services are needed from a team.
Next step, a team will request to be lead through the dwelling and shown any hot spots for claims of paranormal activity. This is an important step, as it enables the tech crew to know where to focus the investigation and what equipment might be most useful for the investigation. Photos may be taken as well as notes. Once this process has been completed, the team will meet, discuss the severity of the claims and contact you (the client) to discuss a time and date that is convenient for all involved.
Since different teams use different forms of investigating methods, we may ask permission to send a photo of the dwelling to a respected Psychic / Medium. We will get a detailed written report from him / her that will be sealed until the evidence is gathered and gone over and then it will be revealed at a later date. This also adds validation to anything that connects with the scientific evidence a long with the detailed research done on the property. We try and cover ALL aspects if at all possible.
The actual investigation follows, and it is important that only the said team be allowed in the space during this time, as it will help deter any contamination of evidence and allows control of the intention in the space. During the time evidence is being gathered, non-paranormal explanations for the activity might be found. Our goal is to debunk the claims of activity. We are not out to prove a haunting we are always in hopes of finding logical reasoning for any and all claims if at all possible.
Following the investigation, the said team will go through the evidence and data gathered, as well as verify any historical relevance to validate and explain the nature of the paranormal activity present in the space. No matter the findings, we can perform many different types of services that will make you and your family comfortable to live in your space again. Not always do we find malevolent spirits. A lot are mostly mischief makers by nature and you can learn to coexist without any problem. Many just need crossing over and that can be taken care of as well. Counseling of the Paranormal helps in most cases and that is offered as well.
The last step involves a follow-up meeting to disclose findings to the client, answer any questions, and provide recommendations for further actions.
